micebook is expanding its X: by micebook events portfolio with the launch of a new exclusive Luxury Edition in Montenegro next year.
Taking place at One&Only Portonovi from 16–19 April 2027, X: by micebook | Luxury Edition will bring together influential luxury event planners with leading luxury hotels and travel partners for three days of curated meetings, destination experiences and networking.
The new event will sit alongside the original X: by micebook, which is now in its second year. The inaugural edition took place in Tenerife in October 2025, with the next event heading to Andalusia this October.
The expanded portfolio will be operated through a new joint venture between micebook and Nic Sancho, who becomes co-founder and managing director of X: by micebook events.
Sancho joined micebook two years ago and has led the launch and development of X: by micebook, an experience-led event concept built around three pillars: eXplore, eXcelerate and eXperience.

Designed specifically for the luxury MICE community, the new edition will retain the core DNA of X including inspiring content, one-to-one meetings, destination, networking and group experiences, while introducing a more intimate and exclusive format.
Framed by the mountains and Adriatic coast, One&Only Portonovi will provide the setting for an event focused on smaller groups, rare access and meaningful connections between luxury buyers and suppliers.
