The Nebius Inflection AI Expert Forum 2026 brought together more than 260 enterprise innovators, AI builders, investors, analysts and technology leaders in San Francisco on 9 June 2026.
Designed as the US market debut for Nebius, an AI cloud company headquartered in Amsterdam, the one-day event combined keynote content, expert panels and curated networking, with discussions exploring agentic systems, infrastructure and the challenges of scaling AI capacity.
Making an impact in a new market
Nteractive was appointed to create a flagship event that supported Nebius’ ambition to establish a credible presence in a highly competitive market.
The Inflection Forum was positioned as a ‘coming-out party’ for the company, giving attendees access to its leadership team, early product insights and opportunities to engage directly with key stakeholders, analysts and media.
The ambition went beyond staging a one-day event. Nebius wanted to create an environment where meaningful conversations could help shape its position within the evolving agentic AI cloud landscape.
As a first edition, the event needed to establish its authority while balancing technical content with a seamless experience for a senior audience.

Bringing the forum to life
Nteractive managed the event end to end, from venue contracting, registration and catering to AV, main-stage production, content integration and the overall attendee experience.
Operating across The Conservatory at One Sansome and The Palace Hotel added logistical complexity, with executive meetings and analyst sessions taking place alongside the main programme.
Nteractive worked closely with creative branding studio YeahNice to align the event narrative, visual design and live production. A large LED screen formed the centrepiece of the main stage, displaying bespoke motion graphics, while integrated venue lighting was programmed to reflect Nebius’ brand colour palette.
The programme combined main-stage content with targeted breakout discussions and executive meetings across both venues. The day concluded with a cocktail reception designed to encourage further conversation and networking.
With most attendees based in the San Francisco Bay Area, long-distance travel was limited. Waste-management requirements were also put in place for external suppliers to minimise unnecessary waste on site.

Building momentum for future growth
The event gave Nebius a platform to introduce itself to the US market and engage an audience of existing customers, investors, analysts and technology media.
A total of 263 attendees participated in keynote sessions, panel discussions and breakouts featuring seven speakers.
The programme created opportunities for high-value networking, direct conversations with analysts and media coverage, helping Nebius build early momentum and lay the foundations for its continued growth in the US.
Nebius senior programme lead Natasha Sampson praised Nteractive’s contribution, saying the event could not have been delivered without the agency.
