Experience agency Sleek Events has appointed three new senior leaders as it continues to invest in its people, client experience and long-term growth strategy.
Joining the business are Steve Wilson as COO, Tracy Reis as head of people and culture, and Layla Lemahieu Agha as head of client experience.
The appointments come as the agency continues its expansion in the UK and internationally, having grown by 84% over the past three years. Sleek said the new hires will help strengthen the leadership, infrastructure and culture needed to support both its growing client base and internal team.
Wilson joins in the newly created role of COO and will work alongside managing director Josie Klafkowska to oversee operational delivery across the business. He brings more than 30 years of experience across the technology and events sectors and joins from Event Concept, where he served as COO and sat on the executive board.
Reis joins after supporting Sleek on a consultancy basis in recent months, including playing a key role in the agency’s latest recruitment drive. With more than 30 years of experience spanning technology, travel, corporate hospitality and creative agencies, she will lead talent development and culture initiatives as the business continues to scale internationally.
Meanwhile, Lemahieu Agha takes up the role of head of client experience following senior positions at Avantgarde, Wasserman and most recently MCM Creative. She brings more than 25 years of industry experience and will focus on strengthening client relationships, leading the client experience team and supporting new business growth.
Commenting on the appointments, managing director Josie Klafkowska said: “As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we invest not only in our client offering but also in the people, culture and infrastructure that support it. Steve, Tracy and Layla each bring outstanding experience and leadership, and we’re delighted to welcome them to the team.”
Sleek recently delivered AWS London Summit at ExCeL London, which attracted more than 20,000 attendees, and was named in both Campaign UK’s and The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2026 rankings.
