British Airways has announced the addition of direct flights to Tivat in Montenegro, starting next summer.
From 14 May 2026, the seasonal flights will run three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from London Heathrow Terminal 3, giving event and incentive planners additional options for reaching the popular destination.
Neil Chernoff, British Airways’ Chief Planning and Strategy Officer said: “We’re pleased to be expanding our route map with the addition of new routes for customers to explore, bringing the total number of our Heathrow short-haul network to nearly 100 destinations. Montenegro is an ideal choice for those seeking stunning coastlines and year-round sunshine.”
Montenegro has been growing in popularity in recent years, attracting multiple incentive groups from the UK and across Europe.
Known for its stunning Adriatic coastline, dramatic mountain landscapes, and rich cultural heritage, its offers activities for everyone, from exploring historic walled towns like Kotor to adventures in its stunning national parks such as Durmitor, or out on the water.
BA also announced a new short haul route to Guernsey and has recently expanded its long-haul network with the announcement of a new route to St. Louis launching next summer. This follows the addition of flights to Graz in Austria, and the recent introduction of services to Rabat, Morocco.
