Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the appointment of Perrine Chapelain as Regional Director, Group Sales, Europe, effective 17 November.
Chapelain joins Four Seasons from Belmond, where she spent the past 12 years in progressively senior sales roles. During her tenure, she led a high-performing group sales team across Northern Europe and earned a reputation for strategic leadership, deep market insight, and consistently strong results.
In her new role, she will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of group sales account directors to drive group revenue growth across the Four Seasons global portfolio.
As Regional Director of Group Sales – Europe, Chapelain will also represent the region in global group sales initiatives and projects, ensuring that Europe’s strategic priorities are reflected and advanced within the global context.
Her appointment is part of a broader evolution within Four Seasons’ Worldwide Sales Organisation, a key driver of the company’s global success and customer relationships. As Four Seasons continues to expand its offerings by land, air, and sea, the organisation is transitioning from a region-based structure to a segment-based model. This transformation enables a more unified and strategic approach to each industry segment, fostering collaboration and reinforcing the brand’s ability to deliver exceptional results across its growing portfolio.
As part of this transformation, Katie Mitchell has been named Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Group and Business Travel. With more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is known for building high-performing teams and cultivating strong partnerships with meetings, events, and business travel professionals globally.
Together, Katie Mitchell and Perrine Chapelain will lead the evolution of Four Seasons’ group sales strategy, enhancing the company’s focus on the meetings and events segment and supporting the continued success of its partners and properties worldwide.
