Each agency is assessed against Track, a robust system that evaluates both internal sustainability performance and the capability to deliver more sustainable events for clients. Every submission is independently scored and benchmarked, creating a credible, transparent ranking that highlights the leaders setting the standards for the UK events industry.

How to Enter
Submissions are open to UK-based event agencies of all types, including full-service, logistics, production, and creative agencies.
1. Company Accreditations and Processes
Tell us about your agency’s approach to sustainability! This includes any recognised sustainability certifications or accreditations achieved within the last three years, how you measure your company’s carbon footprint (excluding event emissions), and any initiatives that create a positive social impact. Please upload supporting evidence, such as certification documents, reports or links to relevant social media or website content.
2. Event Case Studies
Share details of up to three events delivered for third parties, broken down into Environmental, Social, and Governance factors. Extra credit will be given for events delivered across different years and for separate clients. Be prepared to provide written evidence if requested.
Submit and Entry Fee
Complete your submission, including all required documentation, and pay the entry fee of £249 to participate. Submissions will be reviewed and scored based on sustainability criteria.
DEADLINE:
Power 30 Most Sustainable Agencies will be open to all UK based event agencies, with a small entry fee applicable. Applications will open next month, so watch this space!
